Originally built in 1910 for Golf Champion Archibald Graham as a concrete built 4-square home.

1924, the house was sold to the “English family”, Alice McLean bought and hired Lawrence Butler to remodel it expanding it to about 4,500 SF as it stands today. The full basement, 1,200 SF with 8’- 4“ height to the bottom of the rafters above, reflects the area where Archie Graham built the original home. The crawl space reflects where Alice McLean expanded the home in 1924. the basement and crawlspace are solid poured concrete.   

The home is Historically Registered, 2006 taxes were $9,915 with STAR 
C/O's have always been up to date.
